Current members of The Yale Club may complete this application.

This membership gives your spouse/domestic partner a separate account number and allows him or her to use the Club without the primary member being present. 

*Please note that a headshot of the applicant is required in order to submit the application. 
Make sure to have one saved on your computer before you begin the application. Only .jpg/.jpeg and .png file formats are accepted.
