The Club requires reservations for all events with fees. All event cancellations must be received two business days prior to the event. No charges will apply for cancellations made before this deadline. For any cancellation received after this deadline, the full event charge will be assessed to the member for their reservation. Please note that this policy does not apply to events marked as final sale. This cancellation policy does not apply to gratis events, such as lectures and monthly gatherings.
All ticketed events (i.e. US Open, museum tours, theater tickets, baseball game tickets) are final sale at the time the reservation is made. Cancellations or no-shows for any All-Ivy events held at other clubs are subject to full charge after the two business day deadline. Any exceptions to this cancellation policy will be noted in the event description in the Newsletter.
Cancellations for guaranteed reservations will be accepted up to 6p.m. the day prior to arrival. A charge of one night’s stay (plus taxes) will be imposed for each guaranteed reservation cancelled after this deadline. Please be sure to obtain cancellation numbers for any cancellations made.
