Cancellation Policy
Club Events
The Club requires reservations for all events with fees. For these events for which reservations are required, members have up until 2 days before the day of the event to cancel their reservation without incurring a cancellation fee. Members calling to cancel after this 2 day deadline and members who do not show for the event will be charged 50% of their full reservation. (For example, if a member has a reservation to an event that will take place on January 22, cancellations must be made by 5:00 PM on January 19). This cancellation policy does not apply to gratis events, such as lectures and monthly gatherings.
All ticketed events (i.e. US Open, museum tours, theater tickets, baseball game tickets) are final sale at the time the reservation is made. Cancellations or no-shows for any All-Ivy events held at other clubs are subject to full charge after the 2 day deadline. Any exceptions to this cancellation policy will be noted in the event description in the Newsletter.
Guestrooms
Cancellations for guaranteed reservations will be accepted up to 6p.m. the day prior to arrival. A charge of one night’s stay (plus taxes) will be imposed for each guaranteed reservation cancelled after this deadline. Please be sure to obtain cancellation numbers for any cancellations made.
